Principal Gail Turner has been training the Dance and Musical Theatre business since the tender age of 4 having gained many accolades for her work in this industry, she was encouraged to open her own dance school and so Turning Pointe Dance Academy was born.
Gail is extremely passionate about her dance school, encouraging the pupils not only to gain dance skills, but also self-confidence and motivation. Turning Pointe’s aim is to provide fun and relaxed classes, whilst still performing to a very high standard. All pupils are encouraged to take examinations studying to the syllabus of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and the United Teachers of Dance (UTD).
As the principal and also a dancing Mum, Gail is blessed to be able to enjoy dance from both perspectives. Gail’s passion for teaching is reflected by the high standards she always achieves. She is very proud of all her dancers, both past and present.
If you require any information on any of the classes, please do not hesitate to give TPDA a call on 07813 039636 or pop along for a free trial lesson.
